As both a Food Coach and Clinical Nutritionist – with an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine – Monica has the know-how to guide you to make healthy changes and support your body and restore it to wellness.

Monica has treated patients with fatigue, mood imbalances, sleep disturbances, eating disorders, osteoporosis, allergies, anxiety, depression and autoimmune conditions through to patients that require specific meal plans and diets for gut health, immune support, hormone balance, weight loss/gain and all health goals and conditions.

During a consultation, her focus is holistic and takes the time to evaluate all aspects of your life including current symptoms, health history, lifestyle and mindset.
She is passionate and dedicated to supporting you to create a healthy change in your life and understands that there is no “one-size-fits-all” model to healing.

Monica passionately advocates that Nutritional Medicine is more than just a ‘meal plan’ but rather a holistic healing system that utilises the latest evidence-based nutritional medicine research, the therapeutic components of food along with the highest quality supplements and nutraceuticals to restore and maintain health.
