Who we are
Shift Yourself is provided by The Shift Clinic Pty Ltd, based in Milton, Queensland, Australia. By downloading or subscribing to Shift Yourself, you agree to these terms.
What Shift Yourself is
Shift Yourself is a membership app providing health and wellness content, resources, and tools developed by The Shift Clinic. It is intended for general education and support and is not a substitute for individual medical or naturopathic consultation. Nothing in the app should be treated as personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Subscription and billing
Shift Yourself is available to download through the Apple App Store and Google Play, but your membership payment is processed directly by The Shift Clinic Pty Ltd, not by Apple or Google.
Your subscription renews automatically on your renewal anniversary date unless you cancel before that date. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to stop the next payment. To cancel, contact us using the details below or through your account settings in the app, if available.
No refunds will be available if cancelled after your renewal date.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Content in the app is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell app content without written permission from The Shift Clinic Pty Ltd.
Health disclaimer
The content in Shift Yourself reflects general naturopathic and health information. It is not a substitute for personalised care from a qualified practitioner. Always consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your health, diet, supplements, or medication based on app content.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update app features or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Shift Clinic Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Your Shift Yourself membership is billed directly by us, not through the Apple or Google app stores. To cancel, update payment details, or ask about a charge, email us at the address above before your renewal date.
