She takes a patient-centred approach to care, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. With a strong focus on uncovering the root cause of illness, Bronte uses evidence-based naturopathic practices to help restore balance and support long-term wellbeing. While Bronte is equipped to support a wide range of health concerns, she has a special interest in women’s health, particularly in managing recurrent thrush, UTIs, and BV, as well as hormonal conditions such as menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, and menstrual issues. She is also experienced in treating chronic and acute digestive conditions including IBS, SIBO, and constipation/diarrhoea.
Mental health support is another key area of her practice—Bronte works with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic disorders, and depression, and she has a strong passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, including children and adolescents, to thrive. What excites Bronte most is using her diagnostic skills to uncover how symptoms are connected and to identify interventions that will make the greatest impact in a person’s life. Her treatment plans are both thorough and practical, designed to be easily implemented. Bronte meets each person where they’re at—without judgment—and empowers them to move forward on their wellness journey with confidence and clarity.
Bronte also assists Katherine Maslen in co-managing her clients when she is away speaking or with other commitments. As a collaborative practice, our three Naturopaths meet weekly having multiple eyes over complex cases can be beneficial. You can think of Shift’s naturopathic patient management a bit like a meeting on Dr House – we work collaboratively to put our minds together to diagnose and treat our clients in the most impactful way.
