Gary has been practising clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy for over 10 years and is a Professional Member of the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists.

Following an international business career, Gary turned his attention to emotional well-being in the workplace and then furthered his studies to train in the area of clinical hypnosis.

Gary will give you an in-depth understanding of human development and the impact your environment can have on your everyday life – on decision-making, emotional stress, depression, weight management, self-esteem, sleep patterns and many other life issues that can affect your well-being. He also specialises in sports psychotherapy and hypnosis to support you through your exercise journey.

Each session with Gary is goal orientated. He will work with you to clearly define what the major issues are, which ones will be addressed in the session and what the desired outcomes will be.

In addition to hypnotherapy, Gary will also offer you practical approaches to help you deal with issues as they arise. Gary’s clients often build several skills over time to draw upon as they go about their daily activities.

Whether your issues are changing the negative thoughts that have stopped you from reaching your goals, dealing with unwanted habits, or tackling emotional and relationship challenges, Gary can devise strategic treatment plans, especially for you.

Gary’s experience complements the healing work of our other emotional wellness practitioners and naturopathic team.
